Car-sicko ships via USPS, FedEx, and UPS. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed, so please allow for some flexibility. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days.
Most U.S. deliveries are sent via USPS Priority Mail, which usually arrives within 2–4 business days.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email (please allow up to 48 hours). Tracking numbers are included for most orders, especially high-value items.

International orders may be subject to customs duties and fees, which are the customer’s responsibility. Please check your local import regulations before placing an order.
How to Make a Return or Exchange
Returns and exchanges can be made via our Return/Exchange Portal.
To help us process your return smoothly, please carefully review the terms and guidelines below.
If you’re requesting an exchange, include a note specifying the item you’d like in return on the return page. Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the requested item is out of stock, we’ll issue a refund instead.
Return Terms & Guidelines

Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original, resalable condition with tags and packaging (if applicable).

We do not cover return shipping costs for standard returns.

Please pack items securely to prevent damage during transit.

Once the return is received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.

We do not accept returns for items that appear worn, washed, or damaged.
International Returns
For returns from outside the United States, clearly mark the package as “RETURNED GOODS” to avoid customs charges.
Car-sicko is not responsible for any return-related customs fees. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If it’s defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve it.
Car-sicko will cover return shipping costs (up to $8) for any incorrect or faulty items we sent.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Some items cannot be returned, including:

Personal care goods (e.g., shoe care kits)

Hazardous materials (e.g., flammable liquids or gases)
